Sarah Peach is a fourth-year from Marblehead, MA double majoring in Global Studies and Political Science. During this past project cycle, she worked alongside fellow member Ashley to develop Mirvel's social impact strategy. Outside of Net Impact, Sarah also acts the VP of Development for the United Nations Association at UCLA and beatboxes for On That Note A cappella. This summer, Sarah was an intern at Amazon’s HR department, where she investigated and made recommendations for improving her team’s remote hiring practices and tools.

Why did you join Net Impact?

As a Global Studies major, I learn a lot about CSR and the truly immense impact businesses have on how our world operates. So, I wanted to help get a head start on a career in making companies more socially and environmentally responsible through Net Impact.

What are you most passionate about?

Quality education for all! For me, quality education has empowered me to think big and achieve any goal I put my mind to and I believe everyone can achieve that same sense of empowerment through quality education.

What is the most valuable thing you’ve learned from Net Impact?

Net Impact attracted me because I got to see how their work was making real change at companies. Knowing that my work directly affects businesses and, in a small way, the world has been truly inspiring.

What is your favorite memory from Net Impact?

The late-night Luskin meetings with my team. Even though we spent hours there it felt like no time at all because we collaborated and came up with bold ideas together.

What are your hobbies?

Outside of Net Impact, I like to stay active by playing soccer with my friends, and singing/beatboxing with my a cappella group!
